We ship worldwide with most products being shipped via the United States Postal Service out of St Louis, Missouri, USA. Most orders ship within 1-6 business days depending on availability. You will be notified by email when your order ships.

Returns are allowed under the following conditions: *you received the wrong product -  we refund the purchase price plus a return shipping allowance. * item is defective - we refund the purchase price plus a return shipping allowance. *incorrectly described item - we refund the purchase price plus a return shipping allowance. *changed your mind and simply want to return or product was not what you expected - we refund purchase price minus shipping and 15% restocking fee. No shipping allowance. For orders that are lost or delayed in the mail system we will wait 21 days for domestic orders and 45 days for international orders. Please note if you choose first class international shipping it can take up to 5 weeks transit time. We are not responsible for international orders that are seized by customs nor responsible for customs fees.
